 Professional Digital Image Editing [Retouching + Design]. Michael Mavrakis was born in Iraklio, Crete, in 1983. Since his early childhood he has shown his interest in arts and crafts. At the age of 10, he took up painting and had the chance to feel the magic of colours and brushes. Later, during his teens, he entered the world of music. He was a member of a young band, which even gave some successful performances in iraklio. After school he attended a private educational centre studying computers and multimedia. at the same time, he started working at three radio stations as sound editor and as a music producer (presenting dj sets). In 2007, having finished his studies in graphic arts, he started working as a graphic designer, specializing in digital image retouch. So far, he has cooperated with advertising companies, magazines, photographers, agencies and publishing houses and his talent has already been acknowledged.
